Salary: ₹6 - ₹10 Lakhs/Annum Expected

Description:

Alstom is hiring an HR Administration Analyst at its regional corporate hub in Bangalore to lead statutory compliance frameworks, long-term fund distributions, and employee lifecycle operations. In this critical operational role, you will act as the principal controller for specialized corporate benefit schemes and legal entity trusts across India. The daily scope balances dense data management—such as executing Gratuity funds, managing corporate Superannuation accounts, auditing National Pension System (NPS) lines, and overseeing Provident Fund (PF) updates—with corporate vendor governance, procurement processing (PR/PO updates), and cross-functional reporting directly linked to payroll reconciliation cycles.

Key Technologies:

HRMS/HRIS Suites (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), MS Excel, Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting Tools, Vendor Billing Systems, Procurement Platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a closely related professional stream.
  • 2–5 years of professional hands-on corporate experience explicitly operating inside core HR operations, payroll coordination, corporate trust administration, or shared services environments.
  • Direct experience managing localized corporate employee trust operations and statutory allocations, focusing on the configuration, compliance, and settlement of long-term Gratuity frameworks.
  • Highly proficient in processing and managing structured retirement and saving vehicles, including corporate Superannuation, the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF/PF), and the National Pension System (NPS).
  • Proven track record handling the technical lifecycle of employee benefits, including corporate medical/life insurance onboarding, service award disbursements, and employee exit reconciliation.
  • Operational experience managing third-party partners and insurance brokers, including generating Purchase Requisitions (PR), tracking Purchase Orders (PO), validating invoices, and chasing internal payment tracking numbers.
  • Advanced proficiency using MS Excel (e.g., handling VLOOKUPs, nesting conditional logic filters, structuring pivot summaries) to compile Management Information Systems (MIS) audits and compliance logs.
  • Hands-on operational literacy utilizing complex Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or modern HRIS database configurations.
  • Deep functional understanding of regional Indian labor laws, payroll withholding rules, tax regulations on corporate benefits, and data protection requirements.
  • Superior verbal and written communication patterns. Strong escalation handling metrics, a highly structured problem-solving approach under strict timelines, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining absolute employee data confidentiality.
